Champagne Brut Mosaïc confers freshness, finesse and balance on the palate thanks to its mosaic of aromas and flavors offered by the blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The fine sparkling bubbles of the “Bubbly sleeve” are the perfect accompaniment to your summer evenings.
The blend, slightly dominated by Chardonnay (35 to 40%), gives the cuvée freshness and fine aromas. Pinot Noir (30-35%) adds structure to this airy wine, while Pinot Meunier (25-30%) adds fruitiness. A selection of fine terroirs, including some Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims.
