Fashion’s rebels
COMMUNE de PARIS
1871Underthe Commune de Paris banner created in 2009, Alexandre Maïsetti and Sébastien Lyky imagine chic, non-conformist menswear. Reinterpreting men’s wardrobe classics, their designs are conceived and thought through down to the smallest detail.
Pointicious, the materials are noble-English tweeds, Italian poplins and Japanese denim-exclusively assembled in Europe. Bold and free, the brand shares its know-how through various collaborations. Among the best examples: ceramics and perfumed products are made with Astier Villatte, watches with Lip, and made-in-France gloves with Maison Fabre.

The Spring-Summer 2015 collection
Two new products for the Spring-Summer 2015 season.
Sunday best is no longer a simple assembly of comfortable pieces, but a collection in its own right. This season, Commune de Paris breaks codes and colors. Ugo Gattoni takes part in the collection and has fun dynamizing Paris monuments on causual-chic T-shirts, while Artus de La-villéon creates a “Fanzine” – free newspaper – Sans Dieu ni maître.
Commune de Paris 1871 items are available at: Au Bon Marché , Printemps homme, Colette, French Trotters in Paris, Opening Ceremony and Isetan in Japan.
