The Sushi Bar at Jazz Club Etoile unveils a selection of Omusubis, Japanese specialties rich in color and flavor: eight flavors to discover, between tradition and French twist.

Omusubis are triangular balls of rice, flavored and filled to form a truly complete dish. Originally filled with a marinated salted plum, Omusubis came into contact with the expert hands of Japanese Chef Toshiyuki Kido.

OMUSUBI KATSUO
White rice, seaweed leaf, dried katsuo, sesame, salted soy sauce

OMUSUBI KARASHIMÉNTAIKO
White rice, seaweed leaf, spicy cod roe

OMUSUBI SANSHOOKONBOU
White rice, seaweed leaf, Japanese pepper, kombu

OMUSUBI FOIE GRAS
White rice, seaweed leaf, foie gras, yuzumiso

OMUSUBI NORITAMA AND CAMEMBERT
Rice mixed with noritama, seaweed leaf, dried egg, seaweed, sesame and camembert

OMUSUBI TUNA YUZUMISO
Mixed rice, seaweed leaf, tuna, yuzumizo

OMUSUBI TAKANA
White rice, seaweed leaf, takana (pickled vegetables), katsuo, sesame seeds

OMUSUBI YUKARI AND SALMON
Mixed yukari (shiso) rice, seaweed leaf, salmon, sesame seeds

Accompaniments : Sweet or vinegar sauce with chives, Carrot & white cabbage salad

Served in pairs or as an 8-piece discovery plate, the Art’ Omusubis Collection is on the menu of the Jazz Club Etoile sushi bar, offering an original gourmet break just a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées and the La Défense business district.
