The Voyage dans le temps collection, the brainchild of Lorenz Bäumer, continues to undergo metamorphosis. A manifesto collection, born in the heart of Place Vendôme, it has stamped its signature blend of heritage and audacity on the House’s high jewelry. A tribute to the styles of the past, reinvented for the woman of today. The sensuality of diamond meshes, the radicality of a haunting motif, the virtuosity of craftsmanship: each creation plays with references. Victorian grandeur, mathematical formulas, ancient mosaics or Tibetan mandalas, all recount through the prism of the Monogram flower a jewelry epic firmly rooted in the present.
After Dentelle d’hiver, devoted exclusively to diamonds, this new chapter in the Voyage dans le temps collection puts color at the heart of its creations, illustrating the ability of the Maison’s haute joaillerie workshop to seek out stones with unprecedented hues and origins.
Dentelle de Monogram
From the softest to the most intense colors, Dentelle de Monogram rings and earrings are adorned with a rare collection of spinels: lilac pink, bluish gray, powerful red or cobalt blue. Ancient stones for connoisseurs, spinels from Vietnam, Tajikistan and Tanzania push back the frontiers of a journey at the heart of Louis Vuitton’s history.
Flashforward
From the Monogram to the Damier, iconic motifs of the Maison, pixelated and reinvented in a matrix of precious stones, Flashforward rings project us into a future illuminated by two exceptional center stones: an asher-cut red spinel remarkable for its volume and purity, and a neon-blue tourmaline from ancient mines whose saturation and inner light make it a collector’s stone.
Fleurs d’Eternité
Vivid, crystalline blue Ceylon sapphires and vibrant red Mozambique rubies invite themselves into the heart of the infinite knots of the Fleurs d’Eternité theme, whose interlacing evokes the most mysterious symbols of Hinduism and Celtic traditions. Abandoning white gold, new variations with faceted rose gold beads are adorned with imperial topazes from the last Ouro Preto mine in Brazil, still producing their powdery pink of rare sensuality.
Galaxie Monogram
Journey to the stars evoked on a ring by a prodigious 45.50-carat Australian black opal, chosen for its night-blue lights, to which responds a necklace with multiple transformations, and further on a cuff covered in anthracite ceramic powder. The Galaxie Monogram theme expresses the essence of the time-travel collection, between past and future.
