Behind the ultra-contemporary, subtly sophisticated décor of the Grandes Alpes Private Hotel*****, the history of the place still resonates… the first hotel in the fledgling resort built after the Second World War, it not only accommodated its guests, but also served as a church, post office and grocery store!
Born of the audacity of its founder Marie-Louise Devouassoud, a true pioneer of Russian origin raised at the Court of Tsar Nicholas II, the hotel oscillates between sophistication and refinement. It attracts a broad international clientele and humbly crosses the centuries.
A heartfelt encounter
For Valmont, the association with the Grandes Alpes Private Hotel***** symbolizes first and foremost an encounter with Gaya Protsenko, manager of the establishment. The Russian charm and international culture of this luxury hotel professional fascinated the Guillon family, who realized it was time to elect a new partner in Courchevel. After ten years of fruitful collaboration with the Hôtel de Charme Les Airelles, a new page is turned and Valmont begins a new chapter by integrating the Grandes Alpes Private Hotel *****.
Featuring two cabins and a hair and beauty area, the SPA offers a selection of Valmont signature and specific treatments: lack of hydration, thirst for energy, dull complexion or marked wrinkles, Le Magicien du Temps takes on every mission in four exclusive, modular protocols… or targets skin conditions in a specific, effective way.
