Lenny Kravitz lights up Bercy: Luxsure was there!
Following the success of his Bercy concert on November 29, Lenny Kravitz returned on June 26 to continue his “Black and White Europe Tour”. The singer is back to present tracks from his ninth album, “Black & White America”.
He opens with “Come On Get It”, which gets the crowd going. Then he quickly follows up with “je suis parisien!” and the crowd goes wild.
Lenny alternates between songs from the latest album and hits such as “American Woman”, “Stand By My Woman” and “Fly Away”. The song “Black and White America” was of course one of the highlights of the concert. Images of his parents and himself as a child scrolled across the giant screen. As for the musicians: the ever-faithful Craig Ross on guitar and Bowie’s bassist Gail Ann Dorsey were very good.
Lenny Kravitz treated his Parisian fans to a high-flying show marked by some really top-notch musician solos! The crowd went wild, and remained on their feet throughout the show, even in the stands furthest from the stage. Lenny Kravitz ended with the hit “Are you gonna go my way”. After a long standing ovation, the show came to an end.
The only downside was that the sound was too loud, sometimes even annoying. What a shame!
Lenny continues his tour of France. Don’t miss him!
