LE RELAIS DU PARC, THE RESTAURANT OF THE HOTEL RENAISSANCE PARIS LE PARC TROCADERO, OPENS ITS DOORS

With the reopening of its restaurant, L’HOTEL RENAISSANCE PARIS LE PARC TROCADERO, a new jewel of the Paris hotel scene by architect-designer Jean-Philippe Nuel, has added a bouquet of flavors to its enchanting setting.
A haven of charm and peace between the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées, LE RELAIS DU PARC restaurant is set in the hotel’s exceptional garden – a 1,200 m2 “Protected Interior Green Space” totally reinterpreted by talented landscape designer Philippe Niez.
In this oasis of greenery designed as a tribute to the different lands of the world, adorned with a monumental work by landscape sculptor Claude Pasquer, magnolias with their large, thirty-year-old flowers stand side by side with an astonishing variety of original species: tree ferns from Tasmania, Japanese maples, Himalayan blue poppies… flourish in the central mass, refreshed from time to time by the misty cloud of a misting spray.
In an elegant, refined contemporary setting overlooking the garden, or on the shady terrace in fine weather, RELAIS DU PARC serves up tasty, gourmet French cuisine.

Renewed in step with the seasons, Chef de Cuisine Denis Zanetti prepares the menu using quality produce selected with the utmost care.
Alongside the great classics that have their place here, the RELAIS DU PARC menu features dishes with contemporary flavor combinations. In this bouquet of flavors, the emphasis is on fresh vegetables, masterfully prepared in gazpacho, salad or piperade, confit, purée or pan-fried…
Among the great classics: “œuf bio en cocotte, piperade, jambon Serrano”, “foie gras de canard du Sud-Ouest, mango chutney, brioche moelleuse”, “sole meunière en filet, pousses d’épinards, purée de pommes au beurre demi-sel”, “filet de bœuf de Normandie, macaronis en gratin”, right up to the deliciously regressive “coquillettes-jambon-comté”…. deliciously regressive “coquillettes-jambon-comté”, the classic par excellence with the flavour of our childhood, magnified here with a hint of truffle.
Of contemporary inspiration, “segments of pomelo with gambas, raspberry vinaigrette”, “tomatoes in gazpacho, tomato and basil sorbet” or “baked duck breast”, which will surprise the taste buds with its “chocolate and citrus sauce”.
As for desserts, the seasonal menu offers a wide selection of fresh treats such as “croquant menthe-chocolat, sorbet menthe”, “Paris-Brest exotique à notre façon, sorbet coco”, or the astonishing “fraises Mara des bois à boire, sorbet citron”, unless you prefer the succulent “salade de fruits frais de saison”.
With the particularly friendly, attentive service that characterizes every RENAISSANCE experience, LE RELAIS DU PARC, an exceptional new Parisian address, offers excellent value for money, with a starter, main course or main course and dessert menu at €29 for lunch, and a starter, main course and dessert menu at €35 for dinner.
In the evening, dinner is à la carte, in the intimate, refined ambience of this enchanting garden bathed in light.
