Dany Attrache handles with delicacy the games of transparency and thickness. A skin that can be seen under a lace embroidered with rhinestones, all sublimated by a light muslin in pastel colors, the woman Attrache has everything of a princess of a thousand and one nights. Delicate draperies on a light and frivolous silhouette, sometimes structured with large epaulets that look like pieces of armor added on the dress. We can guess through these models the Lebanese origins of the designer who claims the culture of his native country and thus marries his land of origin with his passion for France. It is in these voluptuous, airy veils that the strength of the collection lies. The models breathe freshness, rosy cheeks and almost naked skin, which contrasts with the sophistication of the dresses and the emergence of volumes.
However, if the work of tulle and organza seduces, the dresses entirely embroidered with rhinestones are much less exciting. Far from the fluidity of the muslin that reminds us of the world of a David Hamilton oriental version, the shiny, too ubiquitous on some pieces, weigh down the silhouette that is closer to a Hollywood cheap than the princely and magical effect sought.
