Celebrity pastry chef Cédric Grolet will open his new London boutique, “Cedric Grolet at The Berkeley”, in the first quarter of 2022.
This is the first time the two worlds of Fruits and Flowers have been brought together.
You’ll find many new products, as well as the iconic pastries, viennoiseries, flowers and trompes l’oeil that have made the chef internationally famous.
Customers can discover the Breakfast and Snack menus created by CédricGrolet.
It will be possible to eat in or take away.
In addition to the tearoom (seating 60), an exceptional experience will be offered. By reservation only, in a setting with 8 exclusive seats, a space has been created in the laboratory among the pastry chefs, where you can watch the pastries being created during your tasting session!
This is the first foreign address for the chef, who has been traveling the world offering masterclasses for several years.
The venue, part of The Berkeley hotel overlooking Hyde Park, was designed by Remi Tessier.
Nina Tonogina, who already works with Cédric Grolet, will be the chef at this new address.
