The inspiration inspiration for the new Spring-Summer 2022 collection comes from a book on “Rajasthani block prints”. Block prints of Rajasthan “found in the rich library that once belonged to Monsieur Emanuel Ungaro. It’s a walk through a dreamy jungle with Asian fragrances , in which bamboo, with its graphic rhythm, forms a filter in this vegetal setting.
Palm motifs ” cashmere “floral floral prints and animal prints are associated with the House logo, enriching the universe of materials and colors with their exotic evocative potential.
The Brand codes and iconic piecessuch as the work jacket worn by Monsieur Ungaro in his Studio, are recomposed and translated in this universe where the emphasis is on work jackets, flowing printed shirts and comfortable, wide-leg pants: sportswear where technical, high-performance materials bring functionality and modernity.
The range of colors travels from pastel shades: pink, parma, sky, ecru to the deep tones of midnight blue or black and white for evening. The khakis and greens combined with terracotta tones illustrate elegant casual with a hint of the exotic.
