An orchard bathed in low September sunlight. It’s 6 p.m. and the air is still warm with a gentle breeze. Since 1989
After numerous tastings, Bernard Hine, the sixth generation since Thomas Hine, created this new cuvée in 1989, which he named ” Rare & Delicate ” in homage to the delicate style of Hine cognacs.
Rare & Delicate is a blend of some twenty eaux-de-vie from Fine Champagne grapes, made with the strictest respect for the rules laid down by previous generations, it reflects meticulous selection and delicate ageing.
Rare & Délicate is presented in the famous Hine faceted bottle, a replica of a crystal decanter given to Bernard’s father Robert Hine for his wedding in 1938.
