The make-up trend: For the Spring/Summer 2019 collection, Marc Jacobs was inspired by a range of colors reminiscent of the 50s, with a more modern twist. Diane Kendal, the brand’s make-up artist ambassador, therefore focused on the eyes with a pastel gradient on the eyelids, enhanced by black pencil on the inter-lash line and full lashes. For the rest of the face, she opted for a fresh complexion and full lips. The teams worked together to create a palette of pastel tones for each model’s look, from beauty to clothing to hair.
