The Spa de La Mamounia invites you to discover two new treatments
ð Detox Care :
A sumptuous one-hour treatment combining draining manual techniques for the whole body and lower limb sculpting to release toxins. This one-hour treatment will completely regenerate your body and free your mind. This physical approach, combined with breathing, will give you a feeling of lightness and general well-being.
Price: 112 euros
ð Lightness Care :
This 45-minute treatment is designed to relax the legs and feet and leave you feeling light-headed.
A treatment that combines warmth and freshness. A meticulous manual massage of the legs and feet provides warmth, contrasted at the end of the treatment by a touch of freshness provided by stones previously immersed in ice-cold water. Circulation is reactivated and the whole body benefits from this state of fullness and lightness.
Price: 85 euros
ð The Detox Menu :
To echo these new treatments, Chef Aurélien Poirot has created two French and Italian-style Detox Lunch Menus.
Light dishes to cleanse the body while delighting the taste buds. Carefully thought-out menus using refined, rare and tasty products.
One example is the olive oil used in these menus, which comes from organic farming in the Southern Sahara and contains 30 times more antioxidant power than ordinary oil, making it 30 times more effective in protecting the heart against cholesterol oxidation.
All the vegetables and fruit used in these menus come from La Mamounia’s vegetable garden and are certified organic.
A menu that’s 100% natural and 100% gourmet.

Menu Détox Restaurant Français
Sea bass tartar with garden citrus, herbs and flowers, “Olivie plus 30” olive oil
-Seasonal vegetables cooked with green curry, raisins and celery leaves
-Kiwi, apple celery beet granita, fresh mint
Detox Menu Italian Restaurant
Sea bass marinated in citrus fruits, roasted sesame, salad mesclun and lime
-Risotto with green asparagus, parmesan and tomatoes preserved in “Olivie plus 30” olive oil
-Orange grapefruit supreme, apple lemon celery granita, Jamaican thyme
ð Detox cocktails
Two “detox” cocktails have also been concocted in the same spirit: the ” Apple Flower ” and the ” Garden Party “.

ð A “Detox” day at La Mamounia
For those not staying at La Mamounia who would like to enjoy a day of detox, we have created the “Détente Détox” day pass .
A day pass that entitles you to a detox treatment and a detox lunch (excluding drinks) at the French or Italian restaurant, depending on opening days.
This pass also entitles you to access to the swimming pools and sports facilities.
The “Détente Détox” Day Pass costs 140 euros per person. Reservations must be made in advance with Customer Relations. The Italian Restaurant is open for lunch from Monday to Wednesday and the French Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
