Italia Independent is once again taking part in this year’s Pitti Immagine Uomo, held in Florence from June 16 to 19, with a stand located in the Central Pavilion of Fortezza da Basso. The stand of Care Label, a brand born in 2007 from the encounter between Leopoldo Durante and Lapo Elkann, is linked to the original stand, offering an even more complete range of products, from eyewear to collaborations.
For this edition, Italia Independent has chosen Eye-Pop, the new project launched at Pitti Immagine and Mido, which explores the boundaries between fashion and the world of eyewear, devoting particular attention to premium quality, design and stylistic research.
In addition to the eyewear range, Italia Independent presents some of its recent collaborations, including the second collection of eyewear inspired by the sneaker of the year, the Superstar, made for Adidas Originals. It completes the capsule collection of sneakers developed with the German brand, which will be available in the first quarter of 2016: 6 models featuring some of next summer’s most distinctive trends. The stand also displays a selection of the accessories collection created by Puro, a leading manufacturer of accessories for consumer electronics, launched at the recent Salone del Mobile in Milan.
Mexico, and more specifically the Mayan culture, is the source of inspiration for the products developed by Care Label: bright colors, colorful lines, geometric and floral patterns are the themes featured on embroidered patches, engravings and buttons on pants, shirts and t-shirts.
