Juan Arbelaez and Pablo Naranjo recently welcomed us in a completely renovated setting to present La Plantxa.

La Plantxa is a sunny, colorful cuisine that gives pride of place to fresh, seasonal produce and precise cooking and seasoning. It’s a modern cuisine that draws its inspiration from local produce. You’ll also find a skilful blend of influences and quality foreign wines.

As part of Plantxa’s Soirées Terres Chaudes, new chef duo Juan Arbelaez and Pablo Naranjo are offering an evening-long 6-hand dinner with chef Alberto Rebolledo on Thursday, December 4, 2014, starting at 8pm at PLANTXA restaurant.

An invitation to cross the Atlantic Ocean to discover Mexico and its products on PLANTXA’s plates. On this occasion, Juan Arbelaez, Pablo Naranjo and Alberto Rebolledo will revisit typical Mexican dishes: enchiladas, burritos, prawns with mezcal… an explosion of flavors from a winning trio.
