It was during Paris Fashion Week that German designer Marie-Christine Statz of the GAUCHERE brand came to offer us her Fall Winter 2014 collection.
The originality of this presentation lies in the visible presence of the designer herself, situated behind transparent glass panels, in front of whom the mannequins walk dressed in removable pieces and are directly retouched and changed before our eyes by her.
The collection is the very expression of its DNA, a blend of different materials, minimalist chic and strict silhouettes.
The GAUCHERE woman loves rigorous cuts and lines.
Black is the main color, but a few color subtleties appear in detail, such as electric blue, gray or even mustard. Added to this is a check print, black and white, used on several silhouettes; the effect is visually impactful.
GAUCHERE is a young brand that was launched in 2011, and is still in its infancy.
