Behind Les Fées Patissières are Déborah Lévy and Sarah Harb. Their aim: to democratize the notion of “haute gourmandise”, magically transforming traditional pastries into irresistible mouthfuls of elegant shape and incredibly refined flavor. To achieve this, they enlist the help of pastry chef Eddie Benghanem.

For Easter 2014, Les Fées Patissières have, like Willy Wonka, hidden a lucky winner in one of 100 eggs specially created for the occasion.

Beneath the chocolate lace, a lock opens a mysterious golden egg. Hidden inside are little eggs in a variety of flavors, each more delicious than the last (praline, peanut, hazelnut praline, almond praline, milk caramel mousse and semi-salted caramel), mini-tablettes (crispy milk chocolate coconut, crispy white chocolate coconut) and three-chocolate chips.

The lucky winner will spend a whole day with Eddie Benghanem, designing a bespoke creation with him.
