Jumeirah Carlton Tower: Wellness as a Measurable Performance Metric

In London, the Jumeirah Carlton Tower showcases The Peak Fitness Club and Spa, a wellness destination designed around health, performance, and recovery. Spanning three floors and open 365 days a year, the facility takes a holistic approach to the body, combining exercise, treatments, rest, and technology.

The facility combines state-of-the-art equipment with expert guidance: more than 30 Technogym machines, seven personal trainers available seven days a week, over 70 weekly classes, a 20-meter indoor pool, saunas, Himalayan salt walls, and views of the London skyline.

Recovery takes center stage. The Muscle Recovery Ritual by GROUND targets the back of the body with a fluid, rhythmic massage, while the Lymphatic Support Ritual offers a more relaxing and rejuvenating body experience. Together, these treatments position the spa as a space that is less about decor and more about function.

The Peak also focuses on personalized technology with Technogym Biostrength, a line of AI-assisted strength training equipment, and Technogym Checkup, an assessment tool that calculates a “Wellness Age” to guide training programs and lifestyle habits.

The partnership with E-pulsive adds an EMS component, while a dedicated stretching and recovery room features Theragun and an electric massage roller.
