Ideal for a gourmet break, the “Brazil” bar reveals warm notes thanks to beans from along the Atlantic coast in the Brazilian state of Bahia. Delicate and fruity at first, the cocoa then leaves a long-lasting taste on the palate. Maison Henri Le Roux offers 28 varieties of bar in 3 different families. “Signature”: surprising blends with a certain personality, “Origine”: to taste and compare blends of great vintages from five different countries, and “Fantaisie”: delicious combinations of cocoa with dried and candied fruits.
