The House of Bucherer and the Hotel Westminster join forces to create an exceptional dessert: l’Instant Chocolat by Bucherer!
The desire to invent a dessert was born of their shared DNA.
The two Houses joined forces to create a distinguished pastry, like a jewel to be savored in an elegant and refined setting.

L’Instant Chocolat, offered on the Spring-Summer menu of Le Céladon restaurant, is a dessert inspired by the world of watchmaking.
Its shape is reminiscent of a watch, with chocolate hands, dial, strap, gilding and copper highlights to match the mechanisms of the noblest timepieces.
Its sophisticated flavors pay homage to Bucherer: chocolate, in a nod to the company’s Swiss origins,
, and smoke and whisky, notes dear to the hearts of lovers of fine things.

The dessert will be available from Monday, May 9 to July 29, 2016, on the menu of the Céladon restaurant.
In order to bring all visitors closer to the wonders of the Maison with which it is associated, a surprise will be given to those who choose to taste it at the Céladon restaurant, and at the key,
a table clock by Bucherer will be up for grabs.
