A few weeks ago, we discovered a very charming place a stone’s throw from Bastille: Auberge Flora. Run by Flora Mikula, the cuisine is simple and uncompromising on quality.
Lunch and dinner
Flora Mikula, famous for her crossbred recipes, composes lunch and dinner dishes according to her whims and the seasonal produce she selects from the best producers: small vegetables from Joël Thiebault, free-range pork from Ferme de Kervilavel, which we warmly recommend, and shallots and onions from Jean-Marie Caillot…

Le Gîte et le Couvert: the original concept
In the heart of the Bastille district and a stone’s throw from the Marais, Flora Mikula offers food and lodging in her urban auberge. A true reflection of the personality of this outstanding chef, Auberge Flora is a unique address in Paris. It brings the authenticity of an old-fashioned inn to the heart of the capital, while offering the codes of today’s art of living to make you feel at home. From the cosy hotel to the restaurant, where the chef delivers gourmet delights at all hours, this is the new Parisian landmark, full of warmth and generosity.
Comprising twenty-one rooms on three floors, Auberge Flora is the image of creative globe-trotting chef Flora Mikula: a hotel that rhymes with warmth and nature. This cozy nest is built around three worlds: “Bohème” on the second floor, inspired by Flora Mikula’s southern and Polish origins. “Potager” on the second floor, a tribute to the garden and its treasures, and “Nature” on the third floor, an environment of total well-being where materials are king.
