Urban Decay has just launched the : MULTIPURPOSE PRIMER PENCIL. An all-purpose pencil that will never leave your make-up bag.
In fact, it’s a real must-have, as it’s truly multi-functional. It helps to smooth fine lines (around the mouth, corners of the eyes), to hold makeup in place if you apply it as a base under your lipstick or eyeshadow.
