For Valentine’s Day, Guy Krenzer, chef de la création Lenôtre, and his team offer original sweet and savoury creations that will make your heart skip a beat.
Keeping with the festive spirit, Maury-glazed duck foie gras is sublimated in a red diamond-shaped case. An amuse bouche that will warm up your taste buds for what promises to be a passionate dinner (6€).
For the main course, offer her your heart on a plate. But not just any heart: a bavaroise of scallops and cubes of beet, hidden under a coulis of passion red pequillos, to share with your partner without restraint. (24€) 
For the occasion, Lenôtre revisits the traditional Saint Honoré, abandoning the traditional circular shape to become a choux pastry heart filled with Vanilla custard; adorned with red berries and sparkling mini macaroons. (36€)
