This summer, Tropicana beach once again becomes a leading address on the Mediterranean coast, inviting gourmets and eco-conscious diners to discover the new restaurant designed by Tropezian architect Allain Chauvet. A unique, eco-responsible venue in a warm and welcoming atmosphere under the sun of the Mare Nostrum.
Located just a few kilometers from Saint-Tropez, in the shadow of the Cap Camarat lighthouse, the Plage Tropicana in Ramatuelle is a unique place of simplicity and authenticity, where everyone can enjoy the Mediterranean landscape for lunch with their feet in the sand. A unique space completely revisited by architect Allain Chauvet, in line with environmental standards: a larger beach, and a restaurant caressing the dunes, giving way to lush vegetation inside and around the venue. A calm, elegant place of bold design, with an offset roof creating rifts of light bathed in a soft glow.
The cuisine remains authentic, with a deliciously tempting menu featuring seasonal local produce. Typically Italian-Provençal, the menu offers a wide variety of quality Mediterranean fish, as well as a mutlitude of fresh produce delicately selected from local producers. The traditional ambience extends to the wines, with an emphasis on the Châteaux de Pampelonne, as well as the desserts, with the Tarte Tropézienne as the star dish.
Enjoy a pleasant “farniente” break in a charming, uncluttered setting that’s a feast for the eyes and the mind…
