From September 2013, Parisian bistro Au Zaganin is launching an exclusive and original offering: the Drunch. An original alternative to dinner and snacks, which will delight early risers and late risers alike.
Following on from the success of this 1940s-style Parisian bistro’s brunch, Zaganin is adopting the American trend with its early diner. This trend, often organized at home so as to entertain friends early enough to get to bed as quickly as possible, seems to be gradually integrating into French customs and, in fact, establishing a new way of dining.
To kick off the new school year in style, Au Zaganin is offering an affordable Drunch formula every Friday and Saturday evening from 6:30pm to 9pm. The idea is to revisit the aperitif dinner by combining conviviality and flavors for a pleasant moment to share with friends or family. An ideal alternative for Parisians looking for an early night!
Served on a plank, Drunch offers a cocktail of sweet and savory homemade dishes. More than just an aperitif, it’s a light, original way to enjoy the atmosphere of the Butte Montmartre.
