American athletes in Ralph Lauren for the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games

During the Olympic Games, athletes from all over the world compete in a wide range of events, but the competition is also about styles and uniforms.

Ralph Lauren dressed the American athletes for the closing ceremony of the Sochi Olympics last Sunday. Dressed in navy blue, red and creamy white, the Americans looked more patriotic than ever in their Ralph Lauren uniforms.

The ensemble consisted of a wool turtleneck sweater with Nordic-influenced motifs (snowflakes and reindeer), a navy blue wool pea coat with a red stripe and cream-colored sport pants. Black leather boots with red laces completed the outfit.
