From March 3 to 12, to coincide with Paris Fashion Week, Mandarin Oriental, Paris, is hosting an ephemeral Bollinger bar in the heart of its Jardin.
For the occasion, the terrace of Bar 8 was covered and transformed into an elegant champagne bar with the help of Bollinger.
This will be an opportunity to taste exceptional cuvées by the flute (Bollinger Special Cuvée, Bollinger Rosé, Bollinger La Grande Année 2000) or bottle (Magnum de Bollinger R.D. 1999, Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2004). The Bar 8 team has also come up with some delicious champagne cocktails (Bellini revisited, Star-loves, Home Made Honey), and a sweet and savoury Tapas menu will be available to match the drinks menu.
From March 3 to 12, the Bollinger ephemeral bar is open daily from 5pm to midnight.
No reservations possible. Bar 8 will be closed during the same period.
