This year, the Clifton collection launched in 2013 by Baume & Mercier is enriched by five elegant 30 mm-diameter timepieces whose lines are inspired by a timepiece created in the 1950s and now part of the Baume & Mercier museum heritage. This new line, with its sober, elegant graphics, aims to impose a fine, dynamic image on city dwellers, who will choose it to accompany them in all their activities. With their more reasonable measurements, these attractive 30mm-diameter creations enrich the range of sizes available in the Clifton collection.

Ideally proportioned, they have been designed by Baume & Mercier’s in-house Design Studio to accompany existing models and form pairs to celebrate life’s great moments together.

Designed to fit slender wrists, these five models play the diversity card, combining assertive dynamism with elegant timelessness. Four of them are offered in steel, to be worn on a polished-satin steel bracelet. Two of these versions are powered by a mechanical self-winding caliber, one with a silver dial and the other in mother-of-pearl set with 10 diamond hour-markers. To meet all expectations, these little marvels are also available with a Swiss-made quartz movement.

And finally, to satisfy an increasingly discerning public that appreciates instruments whose luxury shines through, Baume & Mercier offers the Clifton 30 mm in a two-tone version. Powered by a self-winding mechanical caliber, this watch features a bezel with a solid 18K red gold cap. The steel bracelet is composed of two rows of links also covered with a solid 18K red gold cap.
