AN EXPLOSIVE DUO FOR THE BRAND’S NEW TV ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN

Kate Moss and Terry Richardson join forces once again to promote the new MANGO season

MANGO is launching a major TV advertising campaign, starring British model Kate Moss, to promote its Autumn-Winter 2011 collection.

The spot, shot in London in mid-July under the direction of renowned photographer Terry Richardson, will be broadcast in early September in some 30 countries, including Spain, France, Germany, Turkey, the UK, Greece and Russia. In this film, viewers and Internet users will discover Kate Moss at her most sensual and flirtatious.

This is MANGO’s first international TV advertising campaign. With this new communications strategy, MANGO confirms its willingness to invest in image, as it has demonstrated to date. In addition, this new strategy will be accompanied by a major investment in the online network to broaden the campaign’s reach.

For MANGO, being able to count on a fashion icon like Kate Moss was a decisive factor in its decision to make this qualitative leap in its advertising campaign, given her enormous media impact and the values attributed to this model: fashion, style and femininity, which are perfectly aligned with the brand’s positioning.

It’s not the first time the British model and the famous photographer have worked together for MANGO. In fact, Kate Moss and Terry Richardson attended the Paris presentation of MANGO’s new Fall-Winter collection, and shot another video for the brand, entitled The Great Escape. With this latest work, Kate Moss and Terry Richardson confirm their close relationship with MANGO, which has always called on celebrities for its advertising campaigns.
