ACME is an evocative name that comes from the ancient Greek “akmê”, meaning summit. ACME is also the highest point reached by an art or civilization in its development. In other words, this new mountain-inspired gin promises to be a wonderful discovery!

ACMÉ gin showcases the diversity of aromatic plants and owes its unique style to an original recipe featuring fir buds selected not only for their quality, but also for their taste. These fir buds are hand-picked in the mountains of France. Super-premium, this new “made in France” gin is distinguished above all by its unique personality: a profile of great freshness and rare intensity.

Combined with 11 carefully selected aromatic plants, these wild buds are ACMÉ’s aromatic signature: complex and delicate, intense and fresh. In addition to the choice of original botanicals, ACMÉ stands out for its French and local production methods. This new French gin is distilled in a traditional copper still in Thuir, in the heart of the Pyrénées Orientales.

Before this distillation stage, the 12 aromatic plants – juniper berries, coriander seeds, wormwood, gentian root, lemon thyme, iris root, licorice, green anise, angelica and sweet orange peel, pine bud and fir bud, ACMÉ’s signature aromatic plant – are infused for around 15 hours to reveal the full power of their aromas.
