This Valentine’s Day, Lucas Carton pastry chefJordan Talbot , who has worked alongside Cyril Lignac and Benoît Couvrand, decided to combine his moist milk chocolate, caramel and caramelized pecan cake with the fresh, subtle character of Champagne Brut Royal Rosé from Maison Pommery.
The result is a perfect gourmet duo to share!
