The Jean Larnaudie story began in 1951, in the heart of Figeac. Since then, Jean Larnaudie foies gras have made their way onto festive tables every year. To celebrate the company’s 70th anniversary, two new products will delight the taste buds of fine gourmets: a delicate recipe sublimated by a top-of-the-range sparkling wine, and a more traditional recipe paying tribute to the company’s staff.

The Millésime 2021 range: a festive and refined recipe

For this new recipe, developed in 2021, the House has chosen the most upmarket of sparkling wines, a powerful and elegant prestige cru that brings a delicately woody note to foie gras. An exclusive recipe finely seasoned with a pinch of bay leaf for a long finish. Available in semi-cooked and preserved versions (125g to 270g).

70 years: an exceptional foie gras

This festive season, fans of traditional products will choose the “70 Years” foie gras. A purely traditional recipe, made to the highest standards by the House’s own staff. A pinch of salt, a few peppercorns and there you have it. It’s French terroir in a single bite. For the occasion, the Maison has designed packaging that pays tribute to the men and women who contribute to the company’s success. Available in semi-cooked and canned versions (125g to 320g).
