SAINT JAMES X.O is a blend of rums aged between 6 and 10 years. Its long stay in small
oak casks has enabled it to develop a bouquet of harmonious aromas with roasted and fruity tones,
on a slightly spicy background.
This Extra Old rum is one of the most refined of SAINT JAMES old rums, appreciated for its aromatic complexity and exceptional length. Presented in an elegant silk-screened decanter, it will be much appreciated by discerning connoisseurs as a gift under the Christmas tree, or for tasting during the festive season.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Dark mahogany, indicative of long ageing.
Nose: Dominantly roasted, with hints of cigar cellar.
Palate: Good length, sustained by roasted notes (mocha, cocoa) and fruity notes (prune, fig) on a finely spicy background.
