Powerful, intelligent and comprehensive: ECOVACS launches DEEBOT OZMO 950 with multi-stage mapping
ECOVACS ROBOTICS, a specialist in intelligent home robotics, launches an even more powerful model into the race with its new OZMO model, the DEEBOT OZMO 950. Equipped with new features, floor cleaning becomes even more complete and efficient, giving you more time to do the things you really love. This robot is also available in the DEEBOT OZMO 920 version, with less suction power.
It lacks nothing. This new DEEBOT OZMO 950 from ECOVACS is a robot vacuum cleaner that cleans so thoroughly that even invisible dust and dirt in corners don’t stand a chance. ECOVACS has redesigned the brush and vacuum systems, which now boast up to 21% more cleaning power than previous DEEBOTs. It is now even more complete, especially in corners and around table legs. The new model is supported by its intelligent equipment. The new generation of Smart NaviTM 3.0 technology enables scanning and mapping of up to three floors, thanks to multi-storey mapping. ECOVACS has also redesigned the new DEEBOT: the OZMO 950 is particularly slim, measuring 9.3cm in height (compared with 10.2cm for the DEEBOT OZMO 930). This means it can reach hard-to-reach places and won’t get stuck under furniture. Crossing door thresholds up to 2cm high is no problem either. Finally, the O950 is so elegant that it has already won the renowned Red Dot Design Award.
Large house and small apartment
The OZMO 950 and 920 are ideal cleaning partners for any household. Homeowners in particular can rely on the multi-stage mapping technology. If they can’t fly yet, the O950 and O920 can be moved to another floor. Robot control works automatically, but can also be performed via the ECOVACS app, Amazon Echo or Google Assistant from your sofa. As intelligent partners, the O950 and O920 use obstacle detection technology to identify everything around them: they gently skirt around sensitive furniture without scratching or knocking it over, they stop in front of staircases, don’t get tangled up in trailing cables or socks. Carpet detection prevents carpets from getting wet or damaged in wash mode. Each floor receives exactly the cleaning it needs. If the floor is particularly dirty, the O950 can be configured with two more powerful cleaning levels: in addition to the usual Max mode, the O950 is equipped with Max + mode. Thanks to this innovative, well-thought-out equipment and OZMOTM scrubbing technology, which enables vacuuming and scrubbing in a single pass, the O950 and O920 eliminate 99% of all harmful bacteria from the floor.
Endurance thanks to its long-lasting battery
Thanks to the powerful 5,200 mAh battery, the OZMO 950 can clean for around three hours before automatically returning to the charging station. The DEEBOT OZMO 950 will be available for EUR 599.00 from September 2019.
The OZMO 920 has a 3,200 mAh battery for a cleaninga of around 110 minutes. It will be available in September 2019 at a price of 499.00 EUR.
New-generation Smart Navi TM 3.0 technology maps up to three floors. The DEEBOT OZMO 950 has already won the Reddot Design Award. Current OZMOTM cleaning technology removes 99% of all harmful bacteria from the floor.
