To celebrate Easter, the Prince of Wales’s Executive Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec and her Pastry Chef Nicolas Paciello have come up with an Easter creation in partnership with the House of Lalique.

In the year of the Prince of Wales’s 90th birthday, the establishment’s two gastronomic signatures have teamed up with the famous Maison Lalique, flagship of French crystalware, to imagine a chocolate creation. These two symbols of Art Décoratif drew inspiration from Lalique’s new Aquatique collection.

The result is a fish in 43% milk chocolate from Madagascar or 73% dark chocolate from Venezuela, topped with an almond praline.

Eight creations will conceal a golden ticket at their heart, and the lucky ones who discover it will be able to visit a Lalique boutique to receive a small crystal fish.

The Prince of Wales’ Easter creation is a gourmet work of art to share, celebrating 90 years of this Luxury House and its exceptional expertise.
