Kendall Jenner “stretches” in latest Stuart Weitzman snapshots

Kendall Jenner’s striking solo shoots accompany the brand’s mottos for the Spring 2019 season, between movement and feminine modernity.

February 26, 2019 – Following the world premiere of its #SWWalk advertising film, Stuart Weitzman releases a series of striking solo shots of Kendall Jenner conveying strength and mobility, while wearing a pair of stiletto sandals! Dressed in black, against the brand’s emblematic nude background for this season, Kendall strikes some powerful poses. Each one symbolizes and accompanies the brand’s message of modern femininity: strong, tenacious, versatile and authentic. This is the third part of a four-part campaign shot by photographic duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin.

The ALANA sandal, photographed on Kendall, features the brand’s iconic stretch fabric, with its emphasis on suppleness and movement. Since its launch in 1993 with the famous 5050 boot, this technical stretch fabric has been known the world over for its versatility, comfort and functionality. “With the model used for this photo series, I didn’t feel like I was wearing stilettos because the material was so stretchy. We were able to convey an image of strength through movement, which is particularly appreciated in the world of shoes.”
