The BRV1-92 Military is the latest addition to the new Vintage generation that was presented in Basel this year.
With its 38.5 mm polished steel case, this model is adorned with an ultra-domed sapphire crystal with retro connotations. The dial features the styling of Bell & Ross’s classic Heritage line.
The MT acronym, in red on the dial at six o’clock, stands for “Military Type” and reminds us that this watch is an instrument designed for professional use.
The display therefore focuses on the minutes, instead of the usual 12 hours. The numerals are graduated over 60 minutes. The Superluminova coating is a vintage-beige hue.
The design of the hands evokes the shape of aeronautical counters. The counterweight of the second hand takes on the appearance of a stylized aircraft profile.
This elegant, discreet model with its refined finish is in the tradition of aviators’ watches.
