After signing the new “light” dessert menu for the Dorr Paris Group (Grands Bistros, l’Auberge du Moulin Vert, les Bars à Huitres), the talented Ilham Moudnib unveils the Bûche “Douceur de Noël” 2017 from Dorr Paris. The Pastry Chef, Master Chef and World Pastry Vice-Champion, has imagined a light, gourmet log made with light products to indulge without blushing!

COMPOSITION
Soft chocolate cookie, praline crunch, chocolate mousse insert red fruit coulis and red Santa Claus icing in a fruit garden.
