From September 14 to 23, 2017, FAUCHON celebrates the 10th anniversary of its “Eclair Week”, a week during which the House re-edits its finest creations. For this special anniversary Fauchon has brought together its 10 must-have éclairs in a limited edition box set.
For the past 10 years, “Eclair Week” has been an essential back-to-school event for all gourmets. With its characteristic boldness, Maison Fauchon combines expertise and creativity to revisit this iconic pastry. By reissuing a selection of its emblematic éclairs each year, the House offers a vast array of flavors and colors…from the Tahitian Vanilla and Raspberry éclair to the Coconut/Lime éclair, not forgetting the savory version, Lobsterine or Salmon Tartar/Yuzu Cream.
To celebrate this anniversary, Fauchon is unveiling a limited-edition boxed set.
Gourmets will be able to enjoy the House’s classics (dark chocolate, strawberry, salted butter caramel), eclairs paying homage to French pastry (Paris-Brest, Saint-Honoré), and the most original creations (Rainbow, Bleu-Blanc-Rouge, Joconde, 130 ans, Hokusai).
