Aquaracer Lady 300 Mètres

Quartz – Full Ceramic (35mm)

Aquaracer. In the history of watchmaking, the first water-resistant case was patented in 1892 by Edouard Heuer. An immediate success. Since then, the Aquaracer (a collection created by TAG Heuer in 2003) has gone from strength to strength, becoming a sports watch equally appreciated by men and women.

In 2016, TAG Heuer launches for the first time an all-ceramic watch collection with several new versions of the famous Aquaracer Lady that should meet the expectations of its customers.

All-white or all-black, a touch of glamour with diamonds or adorned in rose gold, its case is also more generous in diameter (35 mm in 2016 vs. 27 and 32 mm previously), distinguished by its harmonious volume, with no superfluous details.

Sturdy, water-resistant to 300 meters (it remains an Aquaracer), its immediately recognizable bezel with 12 facets, rotating, unidirectional and 6 lugs, the screw-down crown, the large luminescent markers on the indexes and hands for better visibility, its screw-down caseback engraved with a diving suit, it’s a true sports watch that marries elegance and character.

Need we remind you of the many properties of ceramics, the ideal material for watchmaking? Extremely hard – and very soft to the touch, it is scratch-resistant (a great quality for a watch). It retains its original color and will not oxidize. It’s hypoallergenic (which is also very important when you wear a watch 10 to 12 hours a day) and it’s lighter than steel.
