THE POKE BOWL CRAZE TAKES OVER WESTIN PARIS – VENDÔME

This summer, Poke Bowls will be featured on the terrace of The Westin Paris – Vendôme hotel, located in the heart of the capital between the Jardin des Tuileries and Place Vendôme.

Straight from Hawaii, the Poke Bowl is THE trend of the moment. The recipe? Simple and effective: marinated raw fish usually mixed with avocado, rice, fruit and seaweed. The bowl is declined according to the desires and allows to make play its creativity by inserting products of season, cereals, seeds… etc.

Chef David Réal reinterprets the concept and offers four savory and two sweet recipes that are deliciously healthy. The Bowls menu will be served from May 23 until the end of September, and will complement the summer lunch and dinner menu.
