Chef Thierry Marx will open his first bakery-sandwich shop concept at 51 rue de Laborde, in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, in Q2 2016.
Passionate about bakery since childhood, he will be offering a range of breads, viennoiseries and pastries from France’s culinary heritage. Available to take away or eat in, in a modern and welcoming design, this “fast casual” catering offer invites us to push open the door and discover the new world of the chef, as enterprising as ever!
