Brasserie d’auteuil, summer brasserie

Nestled in the heart of the former Gare d’Auteuil since early July, La Brasserie Auteuil offers residents of the 16th arrondissement and fans of Western Paris a new HQ. Entirely renovated, the restaurant is decorated by architect Laura Gonzalez. With its salvaged furniture, mismatched crockery and green décor, from the bar to the rooftop and the billiards room, Auteuil invites you to relax and enjoy.

On the Rooftop, surrounded by orange trees, vines and aromatic herbs, you can settle down on the wooden banquettes for an afternoon sundae, a vintage cocktail at aperitif time, or simply lunch or dinner. You can forget all about it, with a glass of homemade lemonade or a Spritz in hand…

To make the most of the last days of respite before the start of the new school year, there’s still time to fill up on freshness by discovering a simple, colorful, Italian-inspired menu.

Among the must-try dishes are the hearty Gremolata salad (citrus-marinated chicken, artichoke, fennel, arugula, homemade cherry tomatoes, capers, Ricotta di Bufala with lime), and penne with summer truffles.

In the afternoon or at the end of the meal, try a peach-verbena panna cotta or an ice-cream sundae from Pedone’s ice cream parlour…

Conviviality is the watchword at this new brasserie.

Get together with friends to share the Mozzarella and Speck Croquettes with basil, the generous

Burrata with summer truffles, thin slices of 18-month aged Parma ham… or a pizza al taglio.

In the mood for freshness and lightness, why not try a Detox juice? L’Auteuil Detox, a water scented with cucumber, rosemary and grapefruit…
