Hand-crafted by the pastry chef at the Champs-Élysées boutique, the Häagen-Dazs double éclair glacé is the latest creation from the ice-cream brand. A double-flavored éclair with a delicious recipe on each side.
Whether enjoyed on its own or shared with a loved one, this novelty is a virtuoso celebration of the creaminess and melting of Häagen-Dazs ice creams.
On one side, vanilla ice cream is coiled in an intense dark chocolate glaze. On the other, Dulce de Leche ice cream is enrobed in an indulgent milk chocolate glaze sprinkled with crunchy almonds. The whole is placed on a homemade choux pastry filled with a delicious salted butter caramel sauce.
This double éclair will be available from January 15, 2014, exclusively in the Häagen-Dazs store on the Champs-Élysées!
