Designed by Dimorestudio
Dimorestudio, an architecture and design studio, led the design of Browns Brook Street to create an environment that retains the historic character while conveying the new vision established by Browns. Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci, founders of Dimorestudio, made design choices that restore the original characteristics of a classic space combined with an unexpected modernity with a shopping experience connecting the physical to the digital and a restaurant space.

Browns Brook Street will be powered by 100% renewable energy.
As a result, Native At Browns, the very first Browns restaurant, offers a fully sustainable zero-waste offering. The Native team is passionate about food, from nose to tail and root to root, and aim to pioneer sustainable and ethical dining by championing zero waste, seasonal produce, game meat and foraged foods.
