It’s not uncommon to be surprised by a taste for gastronomy. Gastronomy that makes us all dream, so appreciative is it to combine the good with the beautiful. To go to Jean Sulpice is to accept a global experience. His restaurant is nestled at 2300m on the Val Thorens ski slopes, making it the world’s highestMichelin-starred restaurant (2 **).

It would be sacrilegious to deprive you of the visual experience of all the dishes, just as it would be sacrilegious to deprive you of the first words to be exchanged with the chef, who will talk to you about his profession with passion and love. For these are the watchwords of Jean Sulpice‘s work.

Jean Sulpice ‘s culinary inventiveness is equal to the high altitude challenge he has set himself. He has redefined the limits, making what were constraints coincide with his expectations as a chef.
Her work on natural combinations of flavors, textures and colors brings together original products in an environment that mimics their natural state (special mention for the antesite-scented meringue apple).
We accepted Jean Sulpice‘s invitation with unabashed enthusiasm.
And we’ll be going back, curious and eager for new experiences.
