It’s often said that a picture is worth a thousand words – but how does one photo more than another manage to generate hundreds of comments? With the sheer number of snapshots shared on social networks, a photo is no longer just a click on a button or a mobile screen. With a collection of establishments offering spectacular photographic spots and unforgettable experiences, Four Seasons launches Focus on Four Seasons and offers advice from professional photographers to help travelers immortalize their finest memories.

Now online on Four Seasons Magazine, Focus on Four Seasons unveils exceptional images taken at Four Seasons hotels around the world by famous photographers and Instagrammers. Focus on Four Seasons also offers tips on how best to use your digital camera or smartphone.

“Photography is the best medium for telling a story; a simple image is often far more powerful than words or speech,” says Elizabeth Pizzinato, Vice President Marketing and Communications for the hotel group. “We love the stories our customers tell through their own photos. With Focus on Four Seasons, we want to inspire and encourage travelers to continue sharing their experiences at our properties around the world.”

Learn how to use natural light, play with focal length and take shots from new angles – that’s what Four Seasons is offering its fans with tips from professionals on Four Seasons Magazine. Fans are invited to follow these recommendations and share the results on Instagram using the hashtag #FocusFS . The most beautiful shots will be relayed by Four Seasons on the gallery: fourseasons.com/focusgallery.

“Focus on Four Seasons presents an exciting opportunity to harness User Generated Content (UGC) on the internet to open up unique perspectives on established and emerging destinations,” says Elizabeth Pizzinato.
