A few days ago, we spoke to L’Hôtel Renaissance Paris La Défense, which has just undergone a complete renovation, and announced the
reopening of its new restaurant La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar with a new concept.
Located in the heart of the La Défense business district, the Renaissance Paris La Défense hotel has it all: spacious, well-equipped rooms, a pleasant restaurant and bars, and a stylish business lounge.
The hotel promises a chic stay imbued with French refinement.
The Renaissance Paris La Défense hotel boasts 327 rooms and suites entirely renovated in a contemporary style. The hotel is in keeping with the modern architecture of La Défense. All are spacious and located on the hotel’s upper floors, allowing guests to admire the views of the business district from the large bay windows.
Each room and suite offers quality amenities: closet, bathrobes and slippers, Tokyo Milk hospitality products, free WiFi access and some suites include a jetted bath and sauna. Guests staying in Suites enjoy a 10% discount at La Brasserie Restaurant and Bar. The Club Lounge, open to guests in Club and Superior categories, serves breakfast from Monday to Friday, refreshments and hot drinks in the afternoon, and in the evening snacks prepared by the Chef are served with a glass of wine.
The hotel has also revamped its restaurant offering. The Brasserie Restaurant & Bar boasts a new concept and contemporary decor. The menu by Chef Gérald Poirier, who trained with Alain Ducasse, features local, seasonal produce in harmony with the hotel’s “Local, Urban Garden, Vibrant” philosophy. His passion for the product and his open-mindedness allow him to play with the traditional dishes of French cuisine. On the menu of La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar, guests will find French gastronomic dishes such as the Chef’s Sole Meunière, Braised Veal Jaret or Yellow Landes Chicken with autumn vegetables. The signature dessert, Baba au Rhum, is prepared with a rum infused for 3 months with the finest fruits and spices by the barman. In the Parisian brasserie spirit so dear to La Défense customers, the Chef has also put on the menu the Club Parisien, made with “Le Saint Père” bread, made from organic flour, Paris ham and Meaux mustard.
The Bar, a contemporary and chic space, offers a selection of French wines and local Parisian beers. A cocktail menu has also been created, featuring French liqueurs and spirits. The know-how of our mixologists gives life to signature cocktails and original creations, such as the Hugo – Liqueur St Germain, Clairette de Die, fresh mint and sparkling water – or La Défense – Whisky Elsass and Vermouth Dolin Rouge.
La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar has undergone a facelift to welcome its customers in a Brasserie atmosphere, far from the clichés of La Défense. La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar is a warm and inviting place for local residents and La Défense workers to meet up. The interior design and layout were entrusted to Virseriustudio. Noble materials such as leather, brass and marble elegantly adorn La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar. The bar area now integrates the restaurant area to form a single space.
La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar is open every day from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., from breakfast to a nightcap at the bar.
