Pierre Hermé ‘s velvety macaroons aim to reproduce the same effect as plain yoghurt with a fruit coulis. The aim is to reproduce the silky texture, the tenderness of the acid and sweet taste.

Real chewy yoghurt.

You’ll find Velouté Citron Vert and Velouté Ispahan (yoghurt, rose, lychee and raspberry), as well as two new products:

  • Velouté Infiniment Pamplemousse: In this spring-like macaroon, a duo of flavors to munch in unison to highlight the unheard-of combination of yogurt acidity and
    grapefruit bitterness. Infinitely good.
  • Velouté Satine: (yogurt, orange and passion fruit): A mouthful of Satine flavors where the lactic acidity of yogurt, the bitterness of orange compote and the dapper acidity of passion fruit come together to burst on the palate. Crunchy.

Available from June 3 to August 31, 2014, 2€10 each or Assortments from 18€.
