Listrac Médoc Hautes terres de Fourcas 2011
![]()
This special cuvée is a contemporary version of Château Fourcas Dupré’s Grand Vin. Situated in the heart of the Médoc, Château Fourcas Dupré enjoys a superb position on the Fourcas plateau, known as the roof of the Médoc. The vineyard rises to a height of 42 meters. Logically, it has given its name to this special cuvée. On the palate, a beautiful violet color with a fruity, woody and slightly spicy fragrance. On the palate, a light, full-bodied wine with fine tannins.
Pessac Leognan Château de France 2008

Dense garnet-red color. Intensely aromatic nose with lovely freshness, opening with menthol-vanilla-rosewood notes, followed by cocoa bean, cardamom and mild curry spices,
and a hint of mushroomy undergrowth. Powerful yet elegant on the palate, with spicy, tightly-packed tannins on a solid structure, and a gourmet freshness that carries through to the very persistent finish. A deep, racy wine. Ideal with: roast duck breast, saddle of wild boar with wild mushrooms, Saint-Nectaire or Reblochon cheese.
